Terms and Conditions

1. About the Service
Telehealth Specialists Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 71 634 157 190), trading as Connect PT ("Connect PT", "we", "us"), operates a private telehealth health optimisation service. The service is provided exclusively by AHPRA-registered practitioners and is subject to Australian health law and regulatory standards.
By using our service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Nature of Service
Connect PT is a health optimisation service, not an emergency or acute medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000.
Our service does not guarantee any specific treatment, prescription, or clinical outcome. All treatment decisions, including whether any prescription is appropriate, are made solely by the treating AHPRA-registered practitioner based on your individual clinical assessment.
3. Fees and Billing
You pay a clear fee for each consultation. There are no subscriptions, membership fees or platform fees. Fees are clearly disclosed on our Pricing page and are not covered by Medicare or private health insurance.
Pathology costs may apply separately. Medications, if prescribed, are billed at pharmacy retail price. Telehealth Specialists Australia does not add any markup to medication costs.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation by contacting us. There are no ongoing commitments, so there is nothing to cancel between consultations. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if you breach these terms.
5. Your Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date health information. You must not misrepresent your identity, health history, or the identity of any healthcare professional. You must not share access to the Prescriber Portal if you are not a registered Australian prescriber.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telehealth Specialists Australia Pty Ltd is not liable for any clinical outcome, including outcomes arising from treatment decisions made by the treating practitioner. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
